If I were doing this, I'd also grab a piece of denim or a tougher material and do a patch on the bottom, to cover that seam and to reinforce the bottom. I know I've had backbacks rip from having too much weight in them, and I wouldn't trust my bottom seam otherwise!!!

okay love this… but i just did the math and the cost to make this once you buy all materials is $49.44… you can find the actual backpack for about $60… I’d rather pay ten more dollars and get a real one…

hi! i really liked the video/. however i don't really undersstand why you didn't use one zip and two "little dog" (so we call these things in Russia, and as you call them?) So it would be more convenient for further use. In any case, thanks foyours DIY 🙂

This is a SKILL. Like where's the Etsy shop?
Like did you come onto the screen all like, "Hi my name is Barbie and TODAY I'm a BACKPACK MAKER"
I'm serious, like design minimalist bags and do ittt.
Or like don't, you don't have to listen to me, I'm just being dramatic :')

I absolutely hate it when people go to vids like this just to specifically comment "I'd much rather just buy the real bag 😑😕😰" ,,,like, bruh. All that accomplishes is that it paints you in a really shitty light y'know. I mean, not only are you outing yourself as someone who hates working for something (making you look like a real fucking spoiled whinebaby ngl) , you're also shouting off the rooftops that your're a grade S asshole because you're shitting on Wendy's hard work on not only making the backpack itself, but also her making and posting this vid

I love her! there's another youtuber, – Adam Atkins and he also have great ideas and creativity like Wendy but what's different is he make bagpacks out of your junks, like plastics or that jeans and jackets you don't wear anymore. No offense i don't compare them, i just think they were really great youtubers that do the same thing but with a different styles. i really want to try both adam's and wendy's styles and method so wish me good luck!!! ( i never sew so— a bit nervous seriously )
