HVLP Spray Application Tutorial – Timeless Varnish

In this video, we will be covering Timeless
High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) spray application. First, we want to make sure that our radius
is about eight to twelve inches coming from the gun. Also, we want to make sure that we
have about eight to twelve inch gap between our gun and the canvas print we’re coating. After thoroughly mixing the coating and loading
it into our spray gun, we will begin our first pass going left to right. We want to cover
about one foot per second at a nice steady pace, making sure that we overlap each pass. After we have completed our first line of
coating going left to right, we’re gonna go over the print again, this time going top
to bottom. This will ensure that there are no dry patches and the entire print is coated
evenly. We also want to make sure that we coat past the edge of the canvas to ensure
that the entire canvas print is coated.
